This NLP infused workshop is designed to train those Assistants to a professional international standard, setting them up for a rewarding career as a top Personal Assistant.
The Ultimate Personal Assistant is a one day workshop which will provide you with all the tips, tools and advice on being a Personal Assistant and encompasses all that you need to know to run the daily business and personal tasks of your boss. As well as having sound administrative knowledge, you’ll need strong relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills. Practical training will also be given on diary and email management. Fundamentally, you will learn how to have a firm understanding of time management, business etiquette and office procedures.
This workshop also looks at building an Assistant’s self-belief, confidence, sense of self-worth and professionalism. We want you to see yourselves not just as the Assistant to your boss, but as an extension of your boss’s management style and vision.
We know the role of an Assistant is not always an easy one and Executive PA Gem Consultancy wants you to become on top of your game, so this is a workshop you cannot miss!
On successful completion on this course participates will receive a Certificate of Completion.
The workshop starts at 9.30am and will finish by 4.30pm. Lunch and refreshments are provided.
