With over 20 years Executive Assistant, office management and secretarial experience within different sectors and industries in Ghana and the UK, Gem Consultancy wanted to share their knowledge to help improve the productivity with offices in various sectors and to create an environment where Assistants were not just “tea makers” but considered a valuable asset to any organisation and business partners for their bosses.
